Kids classes are designed for elementary-aged children (1st-6th). The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises and applying them in a workout. This is done through age-appropriate instruction, fun, and games. Lightly loaded exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls are used introduced to this age group.
Due to covid precautions, all athletes must wear masks while at the gym, class sizes are limited and social distancing is enforced.
Dates: 2/6 – 3/27 (8 weeks)
