Kanna Youth Fitness Classes & Programs lay the foundation for lifelong health & wellness, athletics, and enjoying exercise for youth ages 3 and up.

Our coaches introduce, reinforce, and develop functional movement patterns and exercises through curriculum and instruction based on the mental and physical development of each age group.

We prioritize safety & good technique while keeping the emphasis on Fun!

PRESCHOOL (Pre-K to K plus Adult)

Preschool classes are designed for ages 3-6 yrs. The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises. This is done exclusively through fun and games. All exercises are unloaded for this age group.

Due to covid precautions, all athletes must wear masks while at the gym, class sizes are limited and social distancing is enforced. In order to keep our youngest athletes socially distanced, an adult (age 16+) must actively participate in each class with the child.

Saturdays at 11:15 am (30 min classes)
Dates: 4/17 – 5/22
Class cap: 6 pairs
Pricing: $119

KIDS (1ST – 6th grade)

Kids classes are designed for elementary-aged children (1st-6th). The emphasis in these classes is introducing functional movement exercises and applying them in a workout. This is done through age-appropriate instruction, fun, and games. Lightly loaded exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls are used introduced to this age group.

Due to covid precautions, all athletes must wear masks while at the gym, class sizes are limited and social distancing is enforced.

Next Sessions:
Dates: 4/17 – 5/22 (6 weeks)
Saturdays at 12 pm (45 min. class)
Class cap: 10
Price: $119

TEENS (7th – 12th grade)

Teen classes are designed for Middle School & High School aged youth (7th-12th). The emphasis in these classes is further developing functional movement techniques as well as introducing the adult class structure. Although fun is still paramount, our young adult athletes are ready to bring more intensity to their workouts. Barbell exercises and strength training are introduced to this age group.

Due to covid precautions, all athletes must wear masks while at the gym, class sizes are limited and social distancing is enforced.

Next Sessions:
Dates: 4/12 – 5/27 (7 weeks)
Mondays and/or Thursdays* at 3:45 pm (45 min. class)
Class cap: 10
Price: $239 (2x/week); $139 (1x/week)

*if choosing 1x/week, please specify whether Monday or Thursday if preferred

FAMILY (Intergenerational)

Kanna family days are special intergenerational events and programs designed to get athletes of all ages working out and experiencing fitness together!

EGG HUNT


Bring the family out for fitness and fun for an “egg hunt” team workout on Saturday, April 3rd at 11:15 am. Please dress for the weather, class will be held outside!

MOTHER’S DAY

Nothing says Mother’s Day like a workout with Mom! Moms and Kids of ALL ages (5+) are invited to this special Mother’s Day workout with Mom! No experience necessary, all levels and abilities welcome! The workout will be held outdoors.
