We’re different than other CrossFit gyms. We’re a place for everyday people to get in great shape without being intimidated by competitors or “bros.” Our highly qualified, friendly coaches will guide you through the most effective workout routine either in a 1:1 or small group setting (we cap at 10 people). You’ll get a safe, professionally written warm up, workout, and cool down all in an hour. We offer six different levels of workout difficulty so anybody can do it.
You show up. We’ll tell you what to do. You put in the work.
Learn the basic movements so you’re safe and ready for group classes. These are 3-6 private sessions with lots of hands-on learning. Scheduled on your time.
Graduate from Base Camp, join group classes, work with a nutrition coach, and take advantage of our community events! You can also choose to stay with private coaching or a hybrid of both if you’d like.
Our coaching staff has a wide variety of certifications, but most importantly, they care about your safety and success.
