We’re different than other CrossFit gyms. We’re a place for everyday people to get in great shape without being intimidated by competitors or “bros.” Our highly qualified, friendly coaches will guide you through the most effective workout routine either in a 1:1 or small group setting (we cap at 10 people). You’ll get a safe, professionally written warm up, workout, and cool down all in an hour. We offer six different levels of workout difficulty so anybody can do it.

GET STARTED

Step One:

Book an Intro

Book a free intro so we can chat about your goals, answer any questions you may have, and show you our space. If we’re a good fit, you’ll start with our 1:1 Base Camp Course. Don’t forget to check out our schedule and pricing ahead of time!

Step Two:

Base Camp Orientation

Learn the basics of CrossFit so you’re safe and ready for group classes. These are 3-6 private sessions with lots of hands-on learning. Scheduled on your time.

Step Three:

Join Group Classes

Graduate from Base Camp, join group classes, work with a nutrition coach, and take advantage of our community events! You can also choose to stay with private coaching or a hybrid of both if you’d like.
