Yoga and Beer

Join us for another yoga and beer on Friday, April 16th at 5 pm and Sunday, May 23rd at 12 pm!
Emily Walker will lead you through a yoga flow and then Ambler Beer Company will provide the beer flow afterward. $15 gets you yoga and drink specials.

Fusion Class

Two coaches teach a Fusion of Functional Movement & Yoga Asana. Learn to breathe with movement (vinyasa), move with intention, and find your strength wherever you are. Each class will include instruction and flow, with modifications for your body. You’ll also develop body awareness and mindful movement mechanics to go from “just trying to survive the workout” to setting an intention for the workout. All levels welcome!
This class series is held IN-PERSON (no virtual options for Fusion)

Emily is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through her training in Spring 2019 with High Vibrations Living in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Her love of yoga began at age 10 and continues to weave into life athletically, spiritually and as a teacher. She’s excited to bring Yoga to Kanna. Follow her flows on instagram @walkersinaugust.
