Group classes are capped at 10 people to provide a high level of service and to stay physically distant during COVID-19.
Our classes are universally scalable meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or fitness. Our highly trained coaches will lead you through every step of class: dynamic warm-up, skill warm-up, workout, and cool down. They will also help modify workouts to meet your ability.
WOD = Workout of the Day (ages 14+)
Teens = speciality course for 11-16 year-olds
Yoga = speciality course; virtual and in-person options
