What CF movements do you dislike?
Double unders, just cannot get the rhythm.

Soccer has been the thing throughout my life. Other hobbies were outdoor things: climbing, snowboarding, etc.
How did you find CF? What was your first workout?
My wife did a date night to a Free Friday intro class. I do not remember the workout, but I know I felt like getting sick afterwards. First time for that since college practices.
What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
There is a fun/safe competitive level to it. And the goal to improve physically and the progression of difficult movements.
What are your hobbies?
Working in the backyard: Chopping wood, fire pit, some basic gardening.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?

The ability to do a few pull ups is great.

Bar muscle up.
What’s on your general bucket list?
I would like to hike a 14K (Colorado is fine). Take my daughter on the outdoor adventures I was able to do as a kid (hike, climb, backpack, etc).

How does one become Member of the Month? By embodying the Kanna ideals of Learning, Working Hard, and Having Fun. By contributing to the community and supporting others in and out of the workout. By being open to coaching and improving oneself for the sake of being better, not to “win” the workout. By just generally being a good person and having a positive attitude. And a lot more, but you get the idea!
