Nate’s fitness journey began in 2008 when he wasn’t able to do a single pull up. After years of traditional gym going, he was introduced to the world of functional fitness in 2014 and has never looked back. He began coaching shortly thereafter as a way to help people, which became his personal mission in life. He believes there is a beautiful balance in being healthy, fit, and enjoying your life to the fullest. His life bucket list includes cage diving with great white sharks, having a show aired for at least 1 full season, and premiering a film at the woodstock film festival.
